Welcome to the official website of the Solano Napa Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 1186. We are the dedicated firefighters who proudly serve the communities of American Canyon, Benicia, Cordelia, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, and Vallejo—24 hours a day, 365 days a year.    

Our mission is simple: to protect the lives, properties, and well-being of the residents, businesses, and visitors in our communities. As members of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), we are also committed to safeguarding the wages, benefits, and working conditions of our professional firefighters, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to carry out their vital work.

We also encourage you to learn more about our charitable efforts through the Solano Napa Firefighter Foundation. Founded in 2013, this foundation reflects our commitment to serving our community beyond the emergency call. Through it, we offer support to those in need during and after times of crisis.
